DJ Ornsman
Ornsman was one of the first DJs to join Infrared, bringing with him a deep knowledge and passion for old skool hardcore and jungle. Check out some of his musical history. –I grew up listening to bands like the The Rolling Stones, James Brown, Prince. Immediately before getting into rave hardcore I was mainly listening to hip hop & rnb/swing – In regards my djing journey I'd say my involvement has waxed & waned over the years, I've always had an interest in playing & curating music but perhaps looking for a moment where I can make a positive contribution. Really my desire is to share some of the joy & delight I've experienced from listening to music over the years –My show is every Wednesday in the late afternoon drive-time slot (5.30-7pm), my aim each week is to keep it listenable but danceable. Rhythm & bassline are a fundamental part of my musical heritage! If I can make just one person who wouldn't normally listen to this type of music enjoy having listened in, then I would say my job has been done.
